When breeding horses we focus on quality and a personal approach for each horse. The small scale of our breeding gives us the advantage that we can give our foals time to grow and make sure they are in hand a lot. This also leads to physically healthy sporthorses with a good foundation for their later education.
When raising our foals, we want to build a strong foundation for future sporthorses. We do this by handling our foals in an honest and caring way, with lots of warmth and love. Every horse is unique: they have different personalities, different needs, and therefore each of them also gets a personal approach. We don't rush things, always analyze each of our decisions and make sure they are based on the scientific knowledge available. When breeding horses we always look at the bigger picture: what does this foal need to grow into a people-oriented, physically strong, happy, and healthy horse? On top of that, all our horses get fed self-produced roughage and good feed. This is of great importance: the steady growth, without stagnation or catch-up growth that we achieve in our young horses, minimizes the risk of bone anomalies. All our foals are in hand a lot, they get plenty of exercise, pasture, and attention. Because of our way of raising and breeding, our foals grow into healthy balanced horses, which leads to major advantages in training and sport.
